Anish Kapoor
The exhibition Anish Kapoor. Archaeology : Biology, curated by Catherine Lampert, is organized around four thematic centers covering a broad period in the artist’s practice, from 1980 to 2015. The present publication allows us to link together contextual features of this period in a reading that convenes different voices, including Kapoor himself, in the form of excerpts from interviews and previously published texts.
Renowned authors and critics such as Homi K. Bhabha, Julia Kristeva, Lee Ufan and Marina Warner form part of this narrative journey. By way of conclusion come collaborations by Pablo and Jaime Soler Frost, who, from a lyric perspective, usher us towards the end of the compendium.
