Geometría sonora

Conceived specifically for the MUAC’s Espacio de Experimentación Sonora [Space for Experiments in Sound], the piece of Alejandro Castaños takes as its starting point the idea of creating imaginary trajectories with sound, assuming the speakers as fixed points in the space. Thus, the sonic connection between different points can define lines that in turn generate patterns ranging from a series of simple geometrical figures (squares, triangles, and other polygons) to the representation of complex, three-dimensional images.
