Mandala Mental
A project by Mathieu Copeland
A Mental Mandala seeks to deepen the relationship between works of art and the spectator’s experience. The exhibition includes work by Luigi Amara, Philippe Decrauzat, Myriam Gourfink, F.M. Einheit, Ulrich Krieger, Alan Licht, Gustav Metzger, Robert Poss y Alan Vega. Artists of very different origins, who work in disparate media and formats on the exhibition.
Mathieu Copeland’s project aims to produce a non-linear reading through different artistic strategies, such as film, music, painting, dance and literature, where the experience of the work and the exhibition occur in the mind of the spectator, who is capable of constructing it, living it, and recreating it.
