It refers to the nothingness and the construction of a whole. These are continuous and textural sounds that allude to the search of silence in the time-space, and that same silence is the unifier of every sound event. It tries to create in the listener images of loneliness and the emptiness of the individual, loneliness seen as the construction of identity and emptiness as a state of being.

Alberto Cerro, studied composition at the National School of Music. He has studied with composers Manuel Rocha and Roberto Morales, has composed music for interactive installations, electro-acoustic pieces and dance. A founding member of the collective group [radiator].

With the aim of expanding the possibilities for reproduction, comprising the reflections of sound artists and young Mexicans composers, the Espacio de Experimentación Sonora (Space for Sonorous Experimentation) continues, -in parallel with interventions of known artists- Desbordamientos [Overflowings]. 

Desbordamientos consists of 3 pieces to be shown over a year, inviting the public to be in contact with the authors which having a short body of work, nevertheless are becoming more consistent. Ensayo de la vacuidad  is the second part of this series.
